Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s services  addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Liable for global business development and lead generation

Requirement:

  • International business development and client generation for Web & Mobile App
  • Development. Also, Business Development Team Building & Management.
  • Candidates should have sound knowledge in IT Business Development.
  • Strong Track Record of achieving targets.
  • Should possess Excellent Communication & Analyticalskills.
  • Must have exp. of International IT Client generation.
  • Must be currently working with any IT Company.
  • Experience with Lead generator, Calling, drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, follow ups and also coordinate with technical team.
  • Create Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents asrequired by a potential client
  • Analyse business Challenges, identify problems and be able to propose solutions for the same.
