Whether it’s a single visit or long-term support, Mable allows users to schedule care that fits their lifestyle. Support workers & care recipients can set their own schedules, making it easier to arrange services around real-life routines.
Mable handles all payments securely within the platform, offering peace of mind. It’s designed to align with key Australian care standards like the NDIS and aged care frameworks, ensuring legal compliance, transparency, and safety at every step.
One of the key challenges was designing a user experience that worked equally well for people seeking caremany of whom may not be tech savvy & for independent support workers who needed an intuitive system to manage their profiles, bookings, and payments. Striking the right balance between simplicity and functionality was crucial.
Another significant challenge was ensuring full compliance with Australia’s care regulations, especially the NDIS framework. We had to architect the backend to support secure, trackable transactions, identity verification, & detailed record keeping without slowing down the user journey.
With the successful launch of this platform, we’ve laid a strong digital foundation for Australia’s care and support community. By combining user-focused design with secure, scalable technology, we created a solution that connects people in need with the right support — efficiently and compassionately. But this is just the beginning. As the platform continues to grow, we see tremendous potential to enhance its capabilities even further through features like AI-driven healthcare support matching, detailed analytics, and integrations with wider healthcare and government systems.
